Warranty, handled properly
Every battery we sell is registered against your vehicle at the counter, so a claim is a manufacturer process, not a conversation about a lost receipt.
How a claim works
Bring the battery and the bill
The warranty is registered against your vehicle at the point of sale, so the record is already with us and with the manufacturer.
We test it, on the spot
A load test tells us whether the cell has genuinely failed or the charging system is at fault. Both are common; only one is a warranty claim.

We check the charging system
A failing alternator will destroy a replacement battery too. We check charging voltage before any swap so the same fault does not repeat.
The claim goes to the manufacturer
Because we are an authorised dealer and distributor, a valid claim is processed through the manufacturer's own channel.
Warranty periods differ by brand, model and variant. We confirm the exact term for your battery in writing at the time of sale.
Four things that actually matter
Run the engine long enough
Short trips never fully recharge a starter battery. A longer run once a week does more for battery life than anything else.
Keep the terminals clean
Corrosion at the clamps looks like a dead battery and is often a two-minute fix. We clean and tighten terminals at every fitting.
Do not leave it flat
A lead-acid battery left discharged sulphates and loses capacity permanently. If the vehicle is standing, tell us and we will advise.
Top up water on tubular cells
Tubular inverter batteries need distilled water at the correct level. Bring it in and we will check the electrolyte for you.
Battery under warranty?
Bring it to the branch, or message us first and we will tell you what to bring.
